Welcome to El Balcón de Oma. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Products

All items are handmade and may have small variations. This makes each piece unique and special.

2. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

  • Once the package is with the carrier, I cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact me directly. If the mistake is mine, I will take full responsibility to make it right.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, a claim must be opened with the carrier.

  • Items are packaged carefully, but if damage occurs due to my error, I will work with you on a solution.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees if ordering outside the U.S.
