Shipping policy

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. All items are handmade with care before shipping.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Please note that I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in transit.

Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, a claim will need to be opened with the carrier. I will assist you with the process.

Damaged Items: I package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive safely. If something goes wrong and it is my fault, I will take responsibility and make it right.

Incorrect Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
